FOREWORD
[Let me take this opportunity to deal with a matter held over. In Statement Two is mention of diseases that may not be natural developments. Seeing the amazing and unprecedented spread of Foot & Mouth disease in England and wider afield over recent months, this matter takes on a more immanent importance. Being involved with a booklet called "AIDS (a politically protected disease) & the World Government Plot", (published 1988) this now appears as an opportune time to put it on line.

It was hoped that the 16 page AIDS booklet could be shortened but, in the event, it seemed best to leave it much as is, with added comment in [ ] brackets and headings changes to better suit the internet format. Some covering of familiar ground may be a beneficial reminder.

That the AIDS threat has not (yet) become nearly so dangerous as some feared in 1988 seems more due to the good fortune of developed countries and perhaps a fear by those promoting this disease that they might wipe out (too soon) their own power base. Progress of AIDS in areas less developed is an enlightening contrast.

In any event the story demonstrates what can be done with genetic engineering and how easy it is for the truth to be hidden or confused. We have need to be aware of these dangers along with the threat posed by primitive attitudes and savage indifference when these are combined with human intelligence.

I think you will see that the following is a useful inclusion.]

AIDS - the politically protected disease:- Legally and emotionally our government is restrained. It cannot act positively and rationally against AIDS as to do so would break anti-discrimination and Human Rights agreements made with the United Nations and also threaten the beliefs to which our leaders are educated. Because of this, AIDS has become the first known politically protected disease in history.

We find it very difficult to accept evidence when it is opposed to our basic beliefs; control of belief allows easy manipulation of people. Resistance to evidence that exposes or threatens a person's philosophy is well known to behavioral science - we do not give up our convictions easily - we fear to have them challenged. That is the hold our enemies now have over our nation - we defend the false philosophy planted in our education system.

The AIDS content in this review is from a file of clippings and articles over 50mm thick. Books have been written. We do not want to write a book on the AIDS cover-up but to just express the essentials and put the plot into its political perspective.

Gradually the cover-up of the AIDS disaster is being revealed. This is a disease that could, according to some experts, totally wipe out the human population of earth. That there is a legal obligation protecting this disease is a clear demonstration of the stupidity of allowing our nation to become committed to the paranoia of a world government ideology - a clumsy and inhuman, social monstrosity.

Because of the way in which this disease was spread among high risk homosexuals and the low interaction between 'homo' and 'hetero', the figures relating the incidence of the disease in these two communities give no indication of the degree of threat to the heterosexual community.

If YOU think that AIDS is a homosexual disease or difficult to catch, then you either have not studied the evidence or are closing your mind to the evidence. Either way, you put yourself in needless danger.

The people who put your life at risk are not going to admit it. They are going to deny logic and fact to claim AIDS started at some other time and in some other place. Don't bet your life on what they say.

Here is part of an 'open letter to the Surgeon-General (chief of public health in the U.S.) which was released at the end of a conference on Human Sexuality, held in Mexico City from April 29th to May 3rd 1987.

Dear Surgeon-General Koop:
As health professionals, educators, counselors, clergy, parents and lay people from all walks of life, we have come together from 32 countries to defend human life and the family.

We therefore must express to you and to the world our grave concern over the disastrously weak response of the United States Government to the deadly AIDS plague.

Your report on AIDS, issued October 22, 1986, seriously underestimates the threat that this disease poses for the people of the United States and the world. Even worse, its recommendations for controlling the spread of AIDS will do little or nothing to stop this killer. On the contrary they are a death warrant for millions of men, women and children to whom they will give a false sense of security.

You yourself have stated publicly that this epidemic is "the most serious matter that any health official of any nation has ever faced."

You have also stated publicly that AIDS may kill 100 million people worldwide by the year 2000 - four times as many as died from the Black Plague of the Middle Ages.

Dr. William Haseltine of the Harvard University Medical School warns that AIDS is a 'species threatening' disease.

We insist that you issue a new report on AIDS immediately, one that gives first priority to public health, not to the feelings of the militant homosexuals. You must tell the people of the world that:

1. Sex with condoms is not 'Safe', contrary to your Report's assertion. Medical studies and even your own Department say these flimsy devices are only 70-90% effective... "

2. The letter goes on to list authorities who claim that AIDS can be spread by: kissing, coughing, contact (the virus lives for days at room temp.), blood-sucking insects etc. 6% of USA AIDS cases fit no high risk category.

The full text of the above letter fully supports comments in this pamphlet but we can only point to a small part of the damning evidence here. Why, for instance, do the AIDS statistics not include AIDS infected persons who become ill with AIDS-related complex (ARC)? It is estimated there are ten times more of these than those which fit the precise definition of AIDS as specified by the USA 'Centers for Disease Control'.

The disaster of AIDS is only a symptom of another social disease and unless we understand the cause we will never be safe - if AIDS does not destroy us something else will. There is more behind this disease than the danger of AIDS-related death. The cover-up is not a chance event.

Edgar Hoover, late director of the FBI, has been quoted as saying: "The strategy of the conspiracy has always been:- Never try to refute the accusations, but always destroy the accuser. " In fact, it is rarely necessary to do other than ignore the accuser to destroy his credibility.

Reader! Do not dismiss this message without careful examination; read -relevant literature. Your freedom, your life and the lives of your children are at risk.

A report in the Sydney Morning Herald 14/12/1985, read: 'A mad scientist may have been responsible for unleashing the AIDS virus, an expert said to-day. Consultant Dr. Seale, a sex disease specialist, made his claim after discovering links between AIDS and the lethal VISNA virus, which attacks sheep. He believes the scientist created AIDS by mistake while experimenting with VISNA

Dr. Seal said the only difference between the two viruses was that AIDS had an extra gene, which could have been 'quite easily' inserted during experiments. "

Evidence that AIDS was deliberately designed as a killer disease by the World Health Organisation (W.H.O.) is provided by information from William Campbell Douglass, M.D., cited in the September 1987 issue of "Health Freedom News", Monrovia, California. . Below is a photocopy [now scanned] of a paragraph from page 259 of the WHO Bulletin article referred to by Douglas, it is headed "Virus-associated immunopathology: animal models and implications for human disease."

Sub-heading- "Effects of viruses on the immune system, immune-complex diseases, and antibody-mediated immunologic injury." [Vol.47 pp 257-264]

1. An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function, e.g., by depressing 7S versus 19S antibody, or by affecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function (AlIison et al., 1971). The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus may itself be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the cells responding to the viral antigens.
2. If this proves to be the case, virus-induced immunodepression might conceivably be highly instrumental in prolonging certain virus infections, such as murine leukaemia, hepatitis, subacute sclerosing panencephalitis, or infections caused by LDV, LCMV, or ADV.

We may not understand this but we can see that there is a relationship with the substance of the clippings below.

Whatever we may be told, the odds against AIDS being a natural disease are incredibly high. Political contempt for the general population is expressed in lack of protective action. Intent is revealed by growing evidence, now coming to light, of the unnatural spread of the disease and misinformation about the danger.

"The answer to this little mystery, "Murder on the WHO express", will be quite clear to you by the end of my report. You will also understand why the other suspects, the homosexuals, the green monkey and the Haitians, were only pawns in this virocidal attack on the non-Communist world.

If you believe the government propaganda that AIDS is hard to catch then you are going to die even sooner than the rest of us.

The World Health Organisation, in published articles, called for scientists to work with these deadly agents and attempt to make a hybrid virus that would be deadly to humans. In the bulletin of the World Health Organisation (WHO), Volume 47, pp.251, * 1972, they said, 'An attempt should be made to see if viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function The possibility should be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages, more or less selectively, the cell responding to the virus."

That's AIDS. What the WH0 is saying in plain English is 'Let's cook up a virus that selectively destroys the T-cell system of man, an acquired immune deficiency.'

Why would anyone want to do this? If you destroy the T-cell system of man you destroy man. Is it even remotely possible that the World Health Organisation would want to develop a virus that would wipe out the human race?

If their new virus creation worked, the WHO stated, then many terrible and fatal infectious viruses could be made even more terrible and more malignant. Does this strike you as being a peculiar goal for a health organisation?

AIDS started practically simultaneously in the United States, Haiti, Brazil and Central Africa. (Was the green monkey a jet pilot?) Examination of the gene structure of the green monkey cells proves that it is not genetically possible to transfer the AIDS virus from monkeys to man by natural means.

Because of the artificial nature of the AIDS virus it will not easily transfer from man to man until it has become very concentrated in the body fluids through repeated injections from person to person, such as drug addicts, and through high multiple partner sexuality such as takes place in Africa, among homosexuals and among native American Indians. After repeated transfer it can become a 'natural' infection for man, which it has.

[This disease had to be started in a situation of high contact so as to become human specific.]

Dr. Theodore Strecker's research of the literature indicates that the National Cancer Institute in collaboration with the World Health Organisation made the AIDS virus in their laboratories at Fort Detrick (now NCI). They combined the deadly retroviruses, bovine leukemia virus and sheep visna virus, and injected them into human tissue cultures. The result was the AIDS virus, the first human retrovirus known to man and now believed to be 100 percent fatal to those infected.

The momentous plague that we now face was anticipated by the National Academy of Sciences (NAS), in 1974 when they recommended that "Scientists throughout the world join the members of this committee in voluntarily deferring experiments [linking] animal viruses.

' What the NAS is saying in carefully guarded English is: "For God's sake stop this madness!" Man went over the edge when he started playing God and started growing human tissue in the laboratory.

And what they are in the process of doing is conducting germ warfare from Fort Detrick, Maryland against the free world, especially in the United States, even using foreign communist agents with the United States Army's germ warfare unit euphemistically called the Army Infectious Disease Unit.

You don't believe it? Carlton Gajdusek, an NIH big-shot at Detrick admits it. "IN THE FACILITY I HAVE A BUILDING WHERE MORE GOOD AND LOYAL COMMUNIST SCIENTISTS FROM THE USSR AND CHINA WORK, WITH FULL PASS-KEYS TO ALL THE LABORATORIES THAN THERE ARE AMERICAN. EVEN THE ARMY'S INFECTIOUS DISEASE UNIT IS LOADED WITH FOREIGN WORKERS NOT ALWAYS FRIENDLY NATIONALS. "

Can you imagine that? An UN-WHO communist Trojan horse in our biological warfare centre with the full blessings of the Jimmy Carters of this world?

[Human Rights and non-discrimination treaties protect treason.] I can assure you that the creation of the AIDS virus by the WHO was not just a diabolical scientific exercise that got out of hand. It was a cold-blooded successful attempt to create a killer virus which was then used in a successful experiment in Africa. So successful in fact that most of central Africa may be wiped out, 75,000,000 dead within 3-5 years.

It was not an accident. It was deliberate. In the Federation Proceedings of the United States in 1972, WHO said: "In the relation to the immune response a number of useful experimental approaches can be visualised, " They suggested that a neat way to do this would be to put their new killer virus (AIDS) into a vaccination program, sit back and observe the results. "This would be particularly informative in sibships," they said. That is, give the AIDS virus to brothers and sisters and see if they die, who dies first and of what, just like using rats in a laboratory.

They used smallpox vaccine for their vehicle and the geographical sites chosen in 1972 were Uganda and other African states, Haiti, Brazil and Japan. The present or recent past of AIDS epidemiology coincides with these geographical areas.

Strecker was employed as a consultant to work on a health proposal for Security Pacific Bank. He was to estimate the cost of the health care for the future.

Should they form a health maintenance organzation? (HMO) was a major issue. After investigating the current medical market he advised against the HMO because he found that the AIDS epidemic will in all probability bankrupt the nation's medical system.

He became fascinated with all the peculiar scientific anomalies concerning AIDS that kept cropping up. Why did the "experts" keep talking about green monkeys and homosexuals being the culprits when it was obvious that the AIDS virus was a man-made virus? Why did they say that it was a homosexual and drug-user disease when in Africa it was obviously a heterosexual disease? If the green monkey did it, then why did AIDS explode practically simultaneously in Africa, Haiti, Brazil, the United States and southern Japan?

Why, when it was proposed to the National Institute of Health that the AIDS virus was a combination of two bovine or sheep viruses cultured in human cells in a laboratory, did they say it was "bad science" when that's exactly what occurred?

As early as 1970 the World Health Organisation was growing these deadly animal viruses in human tissue cultures. Cedric Mims, in 1981, said in a published article that there was a bovine virus contaminating the culture media of the WH0. Was this an accident or a non-accident"? If it was an accident why did WHO continue to use the vaccine?

Dr. R.J. Biggar said in Lancet. "... The AIDS agent ... could not have originated de novo. " That means in plain English that it didn't come out of thin air. AIDS was engineered in a laboratory by virologists.

What happened in 1978 and beyond to cause AIDS to burst upon the scene and devastate the homosexual segment of our population? It was the introduction of the hepatitis-B vaccine which exhibits the exact epidemiology ofAIDS .

A Doctor W. Schmugner, born in Poland and educated in Russia, came to this country in 1969.

Schmugner's immigration to the U.S. was probably the most fateful immigration in our history. He, by unexplained process, became head of the New York City blood bank. (How does a Russian trained doctor become head of one of the largest blood banks in the world? Doesn't that strike you as peculiar?)

He set up the rules for the hepatitis vaccine studies. Only males between the ages of 20 and 40, who were not monogamous, would be allowed to participate in this study. Can you think of any reason, other than the desire to spread something among the population, for insisting that all experimentees be promiscuous? Maybe you don't believe in the communist conspiracy theory but give me some other logical explanation. Schmugner is now dead and his diabolical secret went with him.

The hepatitis vaccine, unlike the AIDS vaccine, was not grown from human tissue culture. So accidental contamination didn't occur. The AIDS virus was probably put in the vaccine deliberately. It was no mistake.

The Centers for Disease Control reported in 1981 that four percent of those receiving the hepatitis-vaccine were AIDS-infected- In 1984 they admitted to 60 percent. Now they refuse to give out figures at all because they don't want to admit that 100 percent of hepatitis vaccine receivers are infected ..."

The existence of a World Government plan is revealed in United Nations' and other literature. However, the way, means and purposes of it have been well hidden. We have been deceived and betrayed by the political parties we trust.

Change agents have been working, secretly and scientifically, to destroy our heritage, our economy and society. Our beliefs, culture, attitudes and behaviour have been changed without our knowing. We have been lied to and deceived.

About a century ago a policy of Fabian gradualism was started in schools, universities and teaching colleges. Now our churches, mass media, bureaucracies and political parties work in blind innocence to betray us. We have, in the past, attributed various 'blunders' to Murphy's Law, or incompetence and mismanagement. But examination shows these 'mistakes' to have been part of the planned destruction of our health, our economy and our nation.

In his classic, "None Dare Call it Conspiracy", the late Gary Allen reminded us that Franklin D. Roosevelt, former U.S. President, once said: "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way."

Wars, revolutions, depressions, recessions, famines and now (with the advent of genetic engineering) new diseases, are seldom natural. To face this brings traumatic shock. The facts can be accepted only when seen as part of an elitist scheme to totally control, rule and gain ownership of the world.

Major world events that shape our destiny occur because they are planned that way.

Many of our politicians are self-confessed in support of the Fabian Socialist/Humanist philosophy dedicated to achieving world dictatorship by trickery. These secretive changes often surface as social issues. A few briefs notes on some of them:-

EDUCATION -- Children are being prepared psychologically and emotionally for a World State. They are being educated to serve globalist - humanist - United Nations' needs. Schools and government agencies, helped by new, semi-secret laws, have taken responsibility for child development out of parents' hands so as to change values, attitudes and behaviour. They have used age-old principles of human psychology to deceive. Today's population has very little understanding of social and scientific reality.

[Remember; published in 1988. Those old enough to recall change in belief, behaviour and attitude can surely see a progress of social decay in this small time.]

Children are being indoctrinated to reject parents and the social values learned by long human experience. They are being divorced from their culture. Values clarification and other exercises lead children to believe they are choosing their own values while they are cleverly led to pre-determined conclusions through manipulated discussion and peer pressure. Our book, "Assault on Childhood" tells how drugs,, rock music, television and education are being used to deform the reasoning powers of children and encourage primitive behaviour.

U.N. AGREEMENTS TO DESTROY OUR LAW -- Our governments (both Liberal and Labor) have between them signed many hundreds of covenants and treaties with the Communist [philosophy] controlled United Nations. These agreements now over-rule our Australian Constitution without public knowledge or referendum and allow the introduction of alien laws for suppression and subversion. As a result we have lost control of our economy, our lifestyles, our health needs. By our Constitution this activity is treason.

Political Party government Federally, now has virtually unlimited local power, given, not by our own law, but by United Nations treaty. Justice Dawson, Justice of the High Court, as reported in "The Australian" newspaper of 16/3P88: "there is now no practical limit to the scope of the external affairs power.

ROBBERY BY TAXATION AND INTEREST RATES -- Designed to bankrupt small businesses and farms. Purpose: to aid takeover by big business by forcing unemployment and imposing crippling social service taxation. Big business and government are operating a pincer movement to control all production.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT - A State Government can dismiss local councils without giving reasons and then alter the law to prevent legal challenge. States' Constitutions were subverted by the 'Australia Act' without the public being aware of the change. This Act makes easy the unlimited Federal power being exercised under 'external affairs' and means you have no on-going right of a democratic voice in your own community.

GUN LAWS -- Gun control laws provide safety for despotic power grabs; unarmed people cannot rebel. Necessary for a totalitarian takeover and is known communist policy.

When the complete takeover of a nation has occurred, the terror does not end, it just begins ... for everyone. As Garry Allen put it "... all encompassing terror is an absolute necessity to keep a dictatorship in power. And terror does not mean merely punishing the enemies of the New Order. Terror requires the murdering and imprisoning of people at random ... even many of those who helped them come to power." EQ.
Today the difficulties of people control can be avoided by eliminating surplus population.

THE PLAN -- The plan is for a world-wide super-state under the control of a number of mega-rich dynasties, represented by international bankers, multi-national business, the Soviet hierarchy, United Nations officials, the Council on Foreign Relations (USA), media barons, selected 'educators', scientists, along with other groups, experts and specialists. These people, whose expertise is integral to running the world as a vast enterprise, have proven their devotion to the establishment of world government by using national political parties to that end.

The Global 2000 Club, an elite Organisation within the Club of Rome, revealed its GENOCIDE plan in an 800 page study submitted by the U.S. State Department and the Council on Environmental Quality to President Carter.

The Global 2000 Report is based on the Malthusian theory that population grows faster than food sources, resulting in famine, war and other devastations; an excuse, not a reason, for mass murder.

These 'world government' despots have foreseen that population will increase too rapidly to be supported by our food and energy resources. The Global 2000 Report calls for the elimination of some two billion human beings by the year 2000. [Now behind plan but appearances of new killer virus in Africa indicates significant progress with this plan.]

THE CARTER ADMINISTRATION ENDORSED THE GLOBAL 2000 REPORT AS OFFICIAL POLICY IN 1980. Ref. "Megatrends" by Don Stanton (Maranatha Revival Crusade, 1985).

The workforce required for the 'brave new world' is small. Computers and technology solve production problems. They plan a pollution-free and virtually work-free world. A playground paradise - but only for the few! The survivors (the elitists and their few slaves) can then reap the fruits of their treachery.

It seems certain that AIDS is one of the last pieces of a jigsaw plotted in the nineteen sixties. Sex education placed the first segments of that jigsaw in place. Although the AIDS virus was not evident in USA stored blood before 1978 and known references date only from the early seventies, there must obviously have been a longer period of experiment and planning. It all takes time.

The goal of sex education is to change the students' values, attitudes and behaviour, about sexual and political matters - not simply to inform them about 'the facts of life'. Innocent students are misinformed about the hurtful results of promiscuity; they are misled by 'victimless crime' lies.

In a few years material used in sex classes came down to a level that would have been called hardcore pornography in the 1960s. Teaching deviant sex resulted in a pre-occupation with sex and an aroused desire to practise theory. Teenagers are subtly persuaded that sex is for wonderful sensations and fun, that indiscriminate intercourse should be enjoyed without any feelings of inhibition or guilt.

It was also impressed by teachers that parents were outmoded fuddy-duddies unable to adapt - that what was right and what was wrong was a matter of your own desire. The lessons of history were suppressed.

"Responsible sex' meant check-ups at sexually transmitted disease clinics with contraception and abortion as answers to unwanted babies. Ideas about sexual behaviour long proven as socially destructive (extramarital and premarital sex, alternative lifestyles, including homosexuality and bestiality) were resurrected. Deviate behaviour was 'different but equally good. The message came through strongly

ALL YOUR PEERS ARE SEXUALLY ACTIVE, SO WHY NOT YOU? ... ANYTHING GOES!

Sex education replaced the experience of ages with 'animal instinct' behaviour; the socially ignorant became politically malleable.

Students do not learn that their future welfare depends on moral social behaviour. Nor that a sexually transmitted disease, genetically engineered, is very effectively spread by a selfish, ignorant, sex exploiting, community. Sex spreads disease and, when protected by humanistic laws and a deep emotional commitment to humanist philosophy, is a weapon of war.

That this was part of a deliberate plot is clear when we read the following from a list of forty-five communist goals in the United States Congressional Record of 10th January, 1963, placed there by the field director of the American Security Council. (Ref-. Voice of the Martyrs' leaflet "Communism"):

• Get control of the schools. Use them as transmission belts for socialism and current communist propaganda.
• Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
• Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio and television.
• Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy".
• Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.
• Emphasise the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents.
• Attribute prejudices, mental blocks and retarding of children to suppressive influence of parents.

A very successful plan of social subversion.

In its early days TV was almost porn-free. No more! In subtle and un-subtle ways the attitudes, values and behaviour of the viewers are changed.

[Gradualism is a principle of Fabian Socialism; if you believe that the 'left' and 'right' wings of despotism belong to different birds then how does either fly? Why are 'communist' designs for social dictatorship common in 'capitalist' nations?]

Jerry Rubin in "Do It" wrote:
"We have mixed young people, music, sex, drugs, revolt and treason all together. What other combination would be as effective? What we need is a generation of bizarre, unbalanced, irrational people, obsessed with sex, angry, irreligious, infantile and crazy. People who burn their draft cards, who take marijuana and LSD, who proudly wave the Vietcong flag, who are not afraid to say obscenities on television. He proclaimed, sex, rock n'roll and dope as part of the Communist strategy to take over America. He encouraged kids to leave home, burn down their schools and create a new society."

Instead of exposing the deadly results of promiscuity, the AIDS threat is exploited. Instruction is used for subversion. Children in mixed classes lose their natural modesty when required to fit condoms on their fingers while discussing various aspects of sexual intercourse, oral, anal and other deviant sex, etc.

SUMMARY -- It was always wrong to call AIDS a homosexual disease. There was never any reason for educated people to believe a virus could distinguish between homosexual and heterosexual.

It is argued or reported by doctors and others who should know:

• AIDS will live in air at room temperature for several days.
• That AIDS can be carried by mosquitoes, bed bugs and other insects.
• That the AIDS virus can penetrate unbroken skin.
• That blood transfusions are still far from safe.
• That condoms give no worthwhile protection.
• That sex deviates and terrorists deliberately spread the disease.
• That epidemics reach a stage of leaping known barriers of infection.
• That, because of mutation, tests do not reveal all victims. The authorities do not report all deaths and use reporting methods that give misleading statistics.
• That the disease was knowingly created and spread.
• That the purpose of the plot is world ownership.
• That the chance of AIDS infection from uncommon causes is slight ... at present.

WHAT TO DO -- That is the Way of the New World Order and further evidence of the corruption and treachery practiced.

Since this booklet was first printed in 1988 there has been no challenge to this story, the main change to date is that AIDS, in the advanced cultures, has not proven so infectious as was feared. We have been saved to a great extent because of education, hygiene and a medical understanding that is still better than that of the non-educated starving, 'third world' masses.

In our first edition we advised that pressure be put on politicians - we now know this is useless. Good government only comes when we accept our human responsibilities and become a more truly caring people.

• The best defence against AIDS and other dangers is responsible moral living.
• People known to carry deadly disease should be segregated.
• To encourage moral living either government or the people will have to expose the false (humanist) philosophy and revoke all treaties signed with the United Nations
• Powers, gained by political over-rule of the Australian Constitution and use of treaties, will have to be scrapped.
• Education, and mass media display that encourages drug addiction, deviant or promiscuous behaviour, should be made illegal with penalties equal to those for mass murder. They are killers!

NOTE: "Freedom of speech" is a propaganda device. Cultural honesty would demand Freedom of Truth.

If the dangers posed by advance in genetic engineering are not faced then the great majority of the worlds' people have little future. We now see how convenient it is to have people believe in 'chance' creation.

Although designer disease may not, in the end, be the chosen means of massive de-population, the fact is that if we cannot face our responsibilities then we remain blind to other dangers. A less obvious plot or disease of long incubation and easy transmission could expose all members of a community before they are even aware of it.

Although this situation may sound horrendous it is only so because we are too arrogant and stubborn to change to a healthy and responsible lifestyle. To do so would be a gain not a sacrifice. Certainly those who do so will dramatically improve life potentials.]
